Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your SmartMenu subscription at any time, both during the 7-day free trial and after the paid subscription has begun. No cancellation fee applies.

2. How to cancel

  1. Log into your dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

You will receive an email confirmation.

3. Effect of cancellation

  • Your account is downgraded immediately.
  • Live ordering, KDS and Pay-at-the-Table features stop working at the time of cancellation.
  • Your menu and account data are retained according to the Privacy Policy in case you reactivate.

4. Refunds

Monthly fees that have already been charged are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

5. Trial cancellation

If you cancel before day 7 of the free trial, no charge is made to your card. If you cancel on or after day 7, the first monthly payment will already have been processed.

6. Reactivation

You can reactivate at any time from Settings → Subscription. A new monthly billing cycle starts on the day you reactivate; the free trial is not granted a second time.
